- 2 cups fresh peaches, diced
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened

- 1 tsp baking powder
- 4 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 3-4 minutes).
- Beat in eggs one at a time and then add vanilla extract until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder. Gradually mix this into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Stir in milk until smooth and gently fold in diced peaches.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before slicing.
