- 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced
- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix sliced peaches and mixed berries with granulated sugar and cinnamon until evenly coated.
- In another bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Cut in the cold butter until crumbly.
- Pour the fruit mixture into a greased baking dish and top with the crumble mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the topping is golden brown and bubbly around the edges.
- Allow cooling for at least 10 minutes before serving warm or with ice cream.
