- 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced (about 4 medium peaches)
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix sliced peaches and raspberries with sugar and 1/4 cup flour; let sit for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine oats, 1/2 cup flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in melted butter until well mixed.
- Spread the fruit mixture in a greased baking dish and top with the crisp mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown on top and bubbly underneath.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm with vanilla ice cream.
