Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press firmly into a springform pan.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth; gradually add powdered sugar and mix until fluffy.
- Add orange juice and zest to the mixture, blending until creamy.
- Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour filling over the crust, smooth out, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
- Once set, remove from the springform pan, slice, and serve chilled.
