Instructions

- Gradually add warm water while stirring with a wooden spoon to form a soft dough.
- Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead gently for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Cover the dough with a clean towel and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Divide the rested dough into equal portions and roll each piece into a disc about 1/4 inch thick.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium heat (approximately 350°F).
- Fry each disk in hot oil for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your choice of toppings.
