- 1 package (8 oz) pre-made croissant dough
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 12 slices pepperoni
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Roll out each croissant triangle on a clean surface.
- Place a slice of mozzarella and two pepperoni slices at the wider end of each triangle.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, then roll from the wide end to the tip.
- Beat the egg with a splash of water and brush over each roll.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
