- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 scoop (30g) protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
- 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the almond milk and maple syrup together. Add this mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Gently fold in the mixed berries.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown on top. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
