Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix chicken thighs with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place seasoned chicken on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing into slider-sized pieces.
- Assemble sliders by placing sliced chicken on buns and adding desired toppings.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
