- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In one bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese. In another bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each seasoned chicken breast into the oil mixture, then coat thoroughly in the panko-Parmesan mix.
- Arrange the coated chicken in the baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
- While the chicken bakes, whisk together soy sauce and honey in a saucepan over low heat until well combined.
- Serve the baked chicken drizzled with the prepared sauce.
