- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 large eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In one bowl, whisk the eggs until frothy. In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder.
- Dip each chicken breast in the egg mixture, then coat thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place coated chicken in the baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot, optionally drizzled with melted butter or your favorite dipping sauce.
