Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and finely chop the garlic.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic, soy sauce, and brown sugar to the skillet; stir well and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Drizzle in sesame oil and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Serve the Korean ground beef over rice or noodles and top with chopped green onions.
