- 2 tbsp sriracha (adjust for heat level)
- 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Marinate the steak by combining soy sauce, garlic, and sesame oil in a bowl. Add thinly sliced steak and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook rice according to package instructions; add sesame oil for extra flavor if desired.
- Grill marinated steak over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
- Slice bell pepper and cucumber while the steak is cooking; chop green onions.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and soy sauce until smooth.
- Assemble bowls by placing rice at the bottom, topping with grilled steak and veggies, then drizzling with spicy cream sauce.
