- 1 lb thinly sliced beef (ribeye or sirloin)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 cups assorted vegetables (bell peppers, mushrooms, zucchini)
- Rice or lettuce wraps for serving
Instructions
- Whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Add the sliced beef to the marinade and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (overnight for best flavor).
- Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
- Grill marinated beef slices for 2-3 minutes on each side until charred but not overcooked.
- Add vegetables to the grill during the last few minutes of cooking until tender and flavorful.
- Serve hot on a platter, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
