Instructions
- Gather all ingredients on a clean countertop.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix milk, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined; small lumps are fine.
- Carefully fold in huckleberries.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat with melted butter. Pour about 1/4 cup batter per pancake and cook until bubbles form (2-3 minutes). Flip and cook until golden brown.
