- 1 lb fresh salmon fillet, skinless
- 1/4 cup hot honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces for even cooking.
- In a bowl, mix hot honey, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Toss the salmon pieces until well-coated and let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add the marinated salmon to the skillet, cooking each side for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle additional hot honey over the salmon during the last minute of cooking for extra glaze.
- Serve on a platter and enjoy!
