Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). Let the pizza dough rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- On a floured surface, stretch the dough into your desired shape, keeping it about ¼ inch thick.
- Brush olive oil generously over the dough. Evenly sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, drizzle with hot honey, and garnish with fresh basil and red pepper flakes before serving.
