- 2 lbs chicken wings
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (375°F / 190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha sauce, garlic powder, soy sauce, and lime juice.
- Marinate chicken wings in the mixture for at least 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator.
- Remove wings from marinade (reserve some for basting). Grill for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through and golden brown.
- Baste with reserved marinade during the last few minutes of grilling.
- Serve garnished with lime wedges or chopped cilantro.
