- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until well combined.
- Place chicken in a large zip-top bag or shallow dish; pour half of the marinade over it and marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to four hours.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375°F to 400°F).
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard any leftover marinade. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- In the last few minutes of grilling, brush with reserved marinade for added flavor.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.
