- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Fresh herbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, and black pepper.
- Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes or ideally overnight in the refrigerator.
- Place marinated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing, then serve with your favorite sides.
