Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp raw honey
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss the broccoli florets in olive oil, salt, and pepper on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a mixing bowl, combine garlic, honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Add shrimp and coat well.
- Spread shrimp on the baking sheet alongside broccoli.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes until shrimp are cooked through and broccoli is crispy.
- Serve in bowls, garnished with sesame seeds or green onions if desired.
