Instructions
- Thaw shrimp if frozen, rinse under cold water, and pat dry.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.
- Marinate shrimp in the mixture for 15-30 minutes.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat until melted.
- Add marinated shrimp in a single layer; cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Pour remaining marinade into the skillet; let bubble for another minute to thicken.
- Serve shrimp garnished with sliced green onions.
