Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces for even cooking.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until smooth.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken until golden brown on both sides.
- Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken and stir gently to coat. Let it bubble for a few moments.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving over rice or steamed vegetables.
