- 1 lb pizza dough
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup pepperoni slices (or any preferred protein)
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (red or green)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until 1/4 inch thick.
- Use a round cutter to cut out circles about 4 inches in diameter.
- Place desired fillings (cheese, pepperoni, bell peppers) in the center of each circle.
- Fold each circle over to create a half-moon shape and crimp edges with a fork to seal.
- Brush tops lightly with olive oil and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
