- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
Instructions
- 1. Prepare your pan: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. Mix it up: In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt and honey; stir until smooth.
- 3. Add your flavor bombs: Gently fold in fresh berries and chopped nuts.
- 4. Spread it out: Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly.
- 5. Sprinkle & freeze: Top with coconut flakes and freeze for about 4 hours until solid.
- 6. Cut & serve: Let sit for 5 minutes at room temperature before breaking into pieces.
