Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix into wet ingredients until combined.
- Gently fold in mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Drop dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets using a cookie scoop or tablespoon.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes until edges are set but centers are still soft.
