Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs until frothy. Stir in the milk, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in the diced ham, shredded cheese, and chopped bell peppers until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cup about three-quarters full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing from the tin.
