- 1 lb large shrimp, deveined and peeled
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Skewer 4-5 shrimp onto each skewer (soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes).
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400°F).
- Grill the skewered shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side while brushing with half the garlic butter mixture until they turn pink and opaque.
- Remove from grill; drizzle remaining garlic butter over shrimp and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
