- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (dill or parsley) for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add salmon fillets to the marinade and let soak for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375°F to 400°F).
- Lightly oil the grill grates with a paper towel dipped in vegetable oil.
- Place marinated salmon skin-side down on the grill. Close the lid and grill for 6-8 minutes without flipping.
- Carefully flip the salmon using a spatula or tongs, then grill for an additional 5 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 145°F).
- Transfer salmon to plates, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve with your choice of sides.
