  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat dry the chicken breasts and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, oregano, and basil.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over each chicken breast and coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Arrange the coated chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
  6. While baking, melt butter in a saucepan; stir in lemon juice and additional minced garlic.
  7. Drizzle warm garlic butter over the baked chicken before serving.
