- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat dry the chicken breasts and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, oregano, and basil.
- Drizzle olive oil over each chicken breast and coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange the coated chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
- While baking, melt butter in a saucepan; stir in lemon juice and additional minced garlic.
- Drizzle warm garlic butter over the baked chicken before serving.
