  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (divided)
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder (about 7-10 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat and mix in half of the shredded Parmesan cheese.
  4. Flatten each biscuit and place one tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center; seal by folding the edges together.
  5. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
