- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (divided)
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder (about 7-10 minutes).
- Remove from heat and mix in half of the shredded Parmesan cheese.
- Flatten each biscuit and place one tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center; seal by folding the edges together.
- Place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
