Instructions
- 1. Gather ingredients: Mince garlic and chop herbs finely.

- 3. Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat for about 3 minutes, then add olive oil until it shimmers.
- 4. Sear the steak for 4 minutes on one side, then flip it.
- 5. Add unsalted butter, minced garlic, and herbs to the pan, spooning melted butter over the steak while cooking for another 4-5 minutes or until it reaches your desired doneness (130°F for medium-rare).
- 6. Transfer to a cutting board and let the steak rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
