- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet. Roast for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tbsp of butter and add minced garlic. Sear steak bites for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add the remaining butter to the skillet and combine with steak bites. Remove from heat.
- Serve roasted potatoes alongside the garlic butter steak bites and drizzle with any remaining buttery sauce.
