- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley or dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Grease a baking dish with nonstick spray or butter.
- Place salmon fillets in the dish; squeeze lemon juice over them and season with salt and pepper.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Drizzle the garlic butter mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
