- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- 8 soft flour tortillas (8-inch)
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro (for topping)
- ½ cup diced tomatoes (for topping)
Instructions
- Finely chop garlic and gather all ingredients.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add ground meat and cook until browned (5-7 minutes), stirring to break lumps.
- Stir in minced garlic and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
- Drizzle honey and stir in BBQ sauce; simmer for 3 minutes to meld flavors.
- Warm taco shells according to package instructions (about 5 minutes).
- Fill warm taco shells with the meat mixture and top with cilantro and diced tomatoes before serving.
