- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- ½ cup favorite BBQ sauce
- 8 taco shells (soft or hard)
- Toppings (lettuce, cheese, etc.) as desired
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by gathering everything on your counter.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned (7-10 minutes), breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Stir in butter until melted, then drizzle in honey and mix well before adding BBQ sauce to coat the beef.
- Warm taco shells in another pan or over an open flame.
- Assemble tacos by spooning beef mixture into shells and topping with your favorites.
