- 1 lb pizza dough (fresh or store-bought)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Optional Fillings: 1 cup spinach, cooked chicken, or mushrooms
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic for about one minute. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy; season with Italian seasoning.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle (¼ inch thick) on a floured surface.
- Spread the alfredo sauce evenly on the dough. Sprinkle mozzarella on half of the dough and roll tightly.
- Cut into 1-inch thick twists and place cut-side up on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Serve warm with extra alfredo sauce for dipping.
