- 1 large baguette or Italian bread loaf
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (or 2 tbsp dried)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter with minced garlic, parsley, and salt until well blended.
- Slice the bread in half lengthwise and spread the garlic butter mixture generously on each half.
- If desired, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
