Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

- Beat in eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to wet ingredients, mixing until just blended.
- Fold in chocolate chips or mix-ins gently using a spatula.
- Scoop cookie dough onto prepared baking sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown around the edges but soft in the center.
