Instructions
- Peel and slice the bananas into thick coins, about half an inch each.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals until smooth, stirring well after each interval.
- Dip each banana slice into the melted chocolate, letting the excess drip off, then place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with sea salt if desired before freezing.
