- 4 slices brioche or challah bread
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla until well blended.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
- Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture for about 30 seconds per side.
- Cook soaked bread in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Repeat with remaining slices, adding more butter as needed.
- Serve warm with maple syrup or fresh berries.
