- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- ¾ cup whole milk
- ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sugar.
- In another bowl, beat eggs and mix in milk and melted butter.
- Combine wet ingredients into dry ingredients; stir until just combined.
- Gently fold in dark chocolate chips.
- Fill muffin cups two-thirds full with batter and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
