- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and sesame oil. Add chicken breasts and coat well. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat Your Grill: Heat grill to medium-high (375°F). Grease grates to prevent sticking.
- Grill: Place marinated chicken on the grill. Cook each side for 6-7 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Rest: Remove chicken from grill and let it rest for 5 minutes to allow juices to redistribute.
- Slice and Serve: Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and serve with rice or stir-fried vegetables.
