- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- 1/2 cup chipotle sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the chipotle sauce and ranch dressing to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Preheat your grill over medium-high heat. Remove chicken from the marinade (discard leftover marinade) and grill for about 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Let the grilled chicken cool slightly, then slice it into strips.
- On each tortilla, layer sliced chicken, shredded cheese, lettuce, and diced tomatoes. Roll tightly to enclose the filling and serve immediately.
