- 4 medium Russet potatoes (about 800g)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Wash and scrub the Russet potatoes until clean. Slice them into wedges about 1 inch thick.
- In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through for even cooking.
- Carefully remove the wedges from the air fryer and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces.
