- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup dulce de leche (store-bought or homemade)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Bake the crust for about 10 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add granulated sugar and mix well. Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing until smooth.
- Stir in half of the dulce de leche and vanilla extract until well blended.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the warm crust and dollop the remaining dulce de leche on top. Swirl lightly with a knife.
- Bake for another 25-30 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Let cool completely before slicing into squares.
