- 1/2 tsp paprika (plus extra for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Boil the Eggs: Place eggs in a pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cover and remove from heat; let sit for 12 minutes.
- 2. Cool the Eggs: Transfer eggs to an ice-water bath to cool for easier peeling.
- 3. Peel the Eggs: Gently tap each egg on a hard surface and peel from the larger end.
- 4. Prepare the Filling: Cut eggs in half lengthwise, scoop yolks into a bowl. Mix yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, and paprika until smooth.
- 5. Fill the Egg Whites: Spoon or pipe yolk mixture back into egg whites.
- 6. Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
