Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (about 2 minutes).
- Mix in vanilla extract. Gradually add flour, powdered sugar, and salt until just combined.
- Divide dough in half; gently fold raspberry jam into one half to create swirls.
- Drop spoonfuls of both doughs onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden. Cool before serving.
