- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough
- Whipped cream (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and slice strawberries; set aside.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Unroll crescent dough into a rectangle; pinch seams together. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough and sprinkle strawberries on top.
- Roll tightly from one long side and slice into 12 equal pieces. Place cut-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving with powdered sugar or whipped cream.
