Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Rinse sweet potatoes under cold water; peel if desired.
- Cut sweet potatoes into uniform sticks, about 1/4 inch thick.
- In a large bowl, toss sweet potato sticks with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread seasoned fries on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
