- 8 oz flank steak, sliced thinly
- 1 medium bell pepper (red or green), chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 oz provolone cheese, sliced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Slice flank steak into thin strips.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté onions and bell peppers until softened (5-7 minutes).
- Add flank steak to the skillet with salt and pepper; cook until browned (about 5 minutes).
- Layer steak mixture and provolone cheese on each tortilla.
- Roll up tightly and grill seam-side down in a clean skillet until golden brown (3-4 minutes per side).
- Slice diagonally and serve hot.
